(1) Background: Altered levels of autoantibodies (aab) and their networks have been identified as biomarkers for various diseases. Neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) is a leading cause for central vision loss worldwide with highly variable inter- and intraindividual disease courses. Certain aab networks could help in daily routine to identify patients with a high disease activity who need to be visited and treated more regularly.
