Background: Gynecological carcinosarcomas are rare and aggressive diseases, with a poor prognosis. The rarity of these tumors explains the lack of robust and specific data available in the literature. The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of initial adjuvant treatment and recurrent therapeutic strategies.

Purpose: The benefits of regular physical exercise on the tolerability of cancer treatments, quality of life and survival rates post-diagnosis have been demonstrated but all supervised physical activities have been interrupted due to the global health crisis and the need for lockdown to halt the spread of SARS-CoV-2. To reintroduce activities post-lockdown, we wanted to assess the impact of the COVID-19 lockdown on the quality of life and the psychological status of patients who practice an adapted physical activity such as rugby for health.
Methods: The evaluation was conducted in two phases: an initial self-questionnaire comprised of 42 questions sent to all participants to assess the impact of lockdown and a second assessment phase in the presence of the participants.
Background Improving the differentiation of uterine sarcomas from atypical leiomyomas remains a clinical challenge and is needed to avoid inappropriate surgery. Purpose To develop a diagnostic algorithm including diffusion-weighted MRI criteria to differentiate malignant uterine sarcomas from benign atypical leiomyomas. Materials and Methods This case-control retrospective study identified women with an atypical uterine mass at MRI between January 2000 and April 2017, with surgery or MRI follow-up after 1 year or longer.

Methods: All consecutive patients diagnosed with BOT from the French National Network dedicated to Ovarian Malignant Rare Tumors from 2010 and 2017 were selected. In 2018, an update was made by sending a questionnaire regarding recurrence and fertility to patients aged under 43 years at diagnosis and treated conservatively.
The results of PRODIGE 7 study demonstrate that the use of HIPEC is not beneficial for patients in the treatment of colorectal carcinomatosis. Nevertheless, a recent study published in NewEnglandJournalofMedicine showed that hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) increased overall survival for patients with ovarian peritoneal carcinomatosis. Although, the emergence of targeted therapies (anti-angiogenic agents, PARP-inhibitors, anti-PDL1) results in new standards of treatment in first line or recurrence disease.

Objective: The standard of care for patients with high intermediate and high risk endometrial cancer is surgical staging including total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, and pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy. Over the past decade, laparoscopic or robot-assisted minimally invasive surgery has showed many benefits in the management of endometrial cancer. Few studies have specifically assessed the use of minimally invasive surgery for staging of high risk endometrial cancer.

Preoperative diagnosis is often challenging due to the unspecific clinical, radiological, and histological characteristics of the tumor. Dissemination pathways are local with chest wall invasion, regional with lymph nodes metastasis, and distant, hematogenous, mostly to the lungs, bones, and brain.

A lot of studies compared robotic surgery and laparotomy when the real issue is to demonstrate the interest and added value of robotically assisted laparoscopy versus standard laparoscopy. In this review, we will describe the most meaningful indications and advantages of robotically assisted laparoscopy in gynaecologic oncology.

The Da Vinci robot allowed precision for this surgical procedure, especially for intracorporeal suturing. Meanwhile, few reports of robot-assisted laparoscopic ileal conduit diversion (Bricker) are described in the literature.
