Waldenström's disease is a rare lymphoproliferative syndrome in the bone marrow and sometimes in lymphoid organs which secretes high amounts of monoclonal immunoglobulin M into serum. Different studies identified AL amyloidosis as the most frequent renal lesion, followed by cryoglobulinemic glomerulonephritis.
