Multiple oral granulomatous nodules to hyaluronic acid filler.

A 74-year-old Caucasian woman presented with a 2-week history of multiple nodules in both lips and perioral region that caused her mild discomfort while eating. The patient reported hyaluronic acid infiltration on both lips 5 months prior to presentation. The examination revealed multiple, well-defined, millimetric, and firm nodules on both lips and oral mucosa.
