Ocular graft versus host disease (OGvHD) develops after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and manifests as ocular surface inflammatory disease. This study evaluated the efficacy of adeno-associated virus (AAV) gene therapy encoding human leukocyte antigen G (HLA-G) to inhibit OGvHD.
