Acute appendicitis represents one of the main causes of surgical emergencies. It can be approached as open appendectomy or laparoscopic appendectomy (LA). LA uses different modalities, such as conventional laparoscopic appendectomy (CLA) or single-port laparoscopic appendectomy (SPLA).

[Perineal suppurative hidradenitis and carcinoma. A case report].

Suppurative hidradenitis is a chronic inflammatory process that involves apocrine glands of the axial, inguinal and perianal region. We present a male patient of 47 years old who was admitted to our hospital with a complex perianal fistula with not a good evolution after surgery. Then, a large resection of the gluteus was performed, because of a big lesion extended to the perianal region.

[Primary anal tuberculous fissure].

The anal tuberculous (TBC) fissure is infrequent. For this reason diagnosis is difficult. A case of a female adult patient with anal TBC fissure that consults for bleeding and perianal pain is presented.
