Dubowitz syndrome (DubS) is a rare condition characterized by a range of medical challenges, including distinctive facial features and complications affecting the ocular, dental, dermatological, skeletal, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, neurological, immunological, and hematological systems. This syndrome results from multiple gene mutations and is inherited in an autosomal recessive manner. The purpose of this article is to detail the multidisciplinary approach required to address the various clinical and social aspects of the syndrome.

Unlabelled: Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration (LCBDE) remains underutilized in the management of common bile duct (CBD) stones. The exact cause of this under-utilization remains unclear; however, identified barriers to LCBDE implementation include lack of training and unavailability of dedicated instruments. LCBDE is an attractive alternative for stone retrieval in patients with Roux-en-Y gastric bypass given the anatomical difficulty in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopaneatography (ERCP).

Endometriosis is the presence of normal endometrial tissue outside the uterus, which may appear in up to 15% of fertile female population. Bowel endometriosis is uncommon, and obstruction due to endometrial ileocolic intussusception is extremely rare. Non-sebaceous lymphadenoma of the salivary glands is a rare benign lesion, first described in 1991. We present the case of a 54-year-old woman, with a right parotid mass. She underwent right superficial parotidectomy, and histopathology reported a non-sebaceous lymphadenoma due to an encapsulated lesion and multiple non-atypical epithelial inclusions without sebaceous differentiation.

Introduction: Distal Intestinal Obstruction Syndrome is a rare complication in patients with cystic fibrosis, which characterized by the accumulation of viscid fecal material, combined with sticky mucous secretions located in the distal ileum adhere to the intestinal wall, causing complete bowel obstruction.

Presentation Of Case: We report a case of a 45 years old patient with cystic fibrosis, who presented bowel obstruction secondary to accumulation of fecal material, combined with mucous secretions, in the mid-jejunum. A diagnostic laparoscopy was performed where a dilated jejunum was encountered with impaction of fecal content.

We presented a case of a 64-year-old female patient with a history of gastric bypass that presented with bowel obstruction due to a bezoar. She arrived at the emergency department, referring to severe abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Abdominal X-ray reported gastric distention and hydro-air levels.
