Cefepime for prophylaxis of infections in the surgery of cholelithiasis. Results of a multicentric comparative trial.

A multicenter, open labelled, randomized study was carried out to compare the prophylactic efficacy of Cefepime and Ceftriaxone in patients undergoing biliary tract surgery.
