Lupus erythematosus associated with erythema multiforme: Rowell's syndrome.

About 45 years ago, the association of lupus erythematosus with erythema multiforme and specific immunological laboratory changes was described for the first time. Since then, several patients with similar constellations of clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters have been reported. Today, this disease is known as Rowell's syndrome.

Treatment of lymphangioma circumscriptum with the intense pulsed light system.

Lymphangioma circumscriptum is a superficial lymphatic malformation presenting with grouped translucent vesicles that often contain blood. In the past, several treatment modalities have been described. Here, we report for the first time on treatment with an intense pulsed light source that led to good cosmetic results.
