Purpose: Perioperative risk assessments for complex aneurysms are based on the anatomical extent of the aneurysm and do not take the length of the aortic exclusion into account, as it was developed for open repair. Nevertheless, in the endovascular repair (ER) of complex aortic aneurysms, additional segments of healthy aorta are excluded compared with open repair (OR). Gorlin-Chaudhry-Moss syndrome (GCMS) is a rare disorder consisting of craniofacial dysostosis, hypertrichosis, underdeveloped genitalia, and ocular and dental anomalies. Exhausted central venous access is a potentially life-threatening situation for patients dependent on haemodialysis. If standard guidewire recanalisation fails, unconventional venous access or central venous needle recanalisation can be considered but are often associated with higher rates of complications and/or dysfunction. Purpose: To evaluate technical success and long-term outcome of CT-guided radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of spinal osteoid osteomas (OO) and osteoblastomas (OB) in six different European centres.

Methods: Eighty-seven patients with spinal OO (77) or OB (10) were treated with CT-guided RFA, after three-dimensional CT-guided access planning.
