Here, we investigated the therapeutic potential of the compound devimistat (CPI-613) that targets altered mitochondrial cancer cell metabolism and its synergism with the antineoplastic drugs 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and irinotecan (IT) in colorectal cancer.
