Background: There is a growing investment in the use of co-creation, reflected by an increase in co-created products, services, and interventions. At the same time, a growing recognition of the significance of co-creators' experience can be detected but there is a gap in the aggregation of the literature with regard to experience. Therefore, the purpose of this scoping review is to uncover the breadth of existing empirical research on co-creation experience, how it has been defined and assessed, and its key emotional and psychological characteristics in the context of co-created products, services, or interventions among adults.

Article Synopsis
  • Community- and school-based lifestyle interventions are effective in preventing type 2 diabetes but many participants drop out of follow-ups, prompting an investigation into what influences ongoing participation in a European study.
  • The study analyzed the impact of socioeconomic, sociodemographic, and clinical factors on 2,702 participants from six different countries, identifying significant differences related to gender, education, employment, BMI, and blood pressure.
  • Findings indicated that higher education and employment levels were linked to lower drop-out rates, particularly in high-income countries, while female participants in low-to-middle-income countries showed better retention; overall, demographics and BMI were crucial for understanding participant engagement in these programs.

Introduction: Food Parenting Practices (FPPs) include the practices parents use in the act of feeding their children, which may further influence their health.

Objectives: To assess associations between changes in FPPs (permissiveness, food availability, guided choices, water encouragement, rules and limits and the use of food as reward) over 1 year and dietary intake (water, energy-dense/nutrient-poor and nutrient-dense foods) at follow-up in 4- to 6-year-old preschool-aged children.

Methods: Longitudinal data from the control group of the ToyBox study, a cluster-randomized controlled intervention study, was used (NCT02116296).

Background: There is a need for physical activity promotion interventions in adolescents and young adults with intellectual disabilities. Current interventions have shown limited effectiveness, which may be attributed to the absence of theory and a population-specific development. Combining a planning model (including theory) and cocreation with the target audience during intervention development could potentially address this gap.
