The aim of our study was to assess the feasibility of implementing SBIRT in community pharmacies in an urban county in terms of engagement, reach, and equity across the cascade of pharmacy screening and care.
Methods: Patients aged 18 years or older receiving a schedule II or III opioid prescription at 1 of 17 participating community pharmacies in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, were invited to engage in SBIRT as part of Project Lifeline-II from June 2020 through January 2023.

Methods: De-identified vital set data from the Cerner Millennium Integrated Electronic Medical Records were obtained for all paediatric patients aged ≤16 years at a tertiary children's hospital in Brisbane over a 12-month period in 2022. Patients in the paediatric intensive care unit, post-anaesthetic care unit, or the emergency department were excluded as they would not trigger MET alerts in these locations.
Favourable outcomes with CPX-351 versus conventional 7 + 3 were demonstrated in the pivotal phase III trial in adults aged 60-75 years with newly diagnosed, highrisk/secondary acute myeloid leukaemia (AML). As a complement to the clinical trial and to address important data gaps, the CPX-351 Real-World Effectiveness and SafeTy (CREST-UK; NCT05169307) study evaluated the use of CPX-351 in routine clinical practice in the UK, in 147 patients with newly diagnosed therapy-related AML or AML with myelodysplasia-related changes. Best response of complete remission or complete remission with incomplete platelet or neutrophil recovery was achieved by 53% of evaluable patients.

In myeloid leukemia cells, it promotes rapid eviction of EP300/CBP from an enhancer subset marked by strong MYB occupancy and high H3K27 acetylation, with downregulation of the subordinate oncogenic network and redistribution to sites close to differentiation genes. In myeloma cells, CCS1477 induces eviction of EP300/CBP from FGFR3, the target of the common (4; 14) translocation, with redistribution away from IRF4-occupied sites to TCF3/E2A-occupied sites.

Materials And Methods: A systematic review of studies of implemented or trialed real-time clinical deterioration prediction MLAs was undertaken, which identified: how MLA implementation was measured; impact of MLAs on clinical processes and patient outcomes; and barriers, enablers and uncertainties within the implementation process. Review findings were then mapped to the SALIENT end-to-end implementation framework to identify the implementation stages at which these factors applied.
Toll-like receptor-driven and interleukin-1 (IL-1) receptor-driven inflammation mediated by IL-1 receptor-associated kinase 4 (IRAK4) is involved in the pathophysiology of hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) and atopic dermatitis (AD). KT-474 (SAR444656), an IRAK4 degrader, was studied in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 1 trial where the primary objective was safety and tolerability. Background: Outcomes-based agreements (OBA) are performance-based risk-sharing agreements between manufacturers and payers which provide the opportunity for collection and evaluation of real-world outcomes to supplement clinical trials.
Objectives: To describe an OBA comparing ticagrelor to clopidogrel in patients admitted with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and proportion of recurrent myocardial infarction (MI) in a real-world setting.
Methods: Commercial (CM) and Medicare (MC) insurance patients of a large regional health plan, who presented with ACS and were prescribed either ticagrelor or clopidogrel were prospectively analyzed.
Children with autism spectrum disorder often demonstrate difficulty communicating with others, and this may affect the extent to which they can engage in contextually appropriate language during play. This study examined the effects of a social script-training intervention using generic picture cues on the number of contextually appropriate play statements for children with autism spectrum disorder. We also examined the extent to which responding generalized to novel toy sets and analyzed play statement types.
