Introduction: Biliary tract cancers (BTCs) are rare tumours with regional differences. Prognostic factors are poorly understood. Gemcitabine + platinum (GP) is the standard first-line chemotherapy in metastatic patients.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of HER2-low status on response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) and survival outcomes in early-stage HER2-negative BC.
Methods: Records from all BC patients treated with NACT from January 2007 to December 2018 in a single cancer center were retrospectively reviewed.
Introduction: Brain metastases (BMs) occur in 40% of patients with lung cancer. The activity of immunotherapy in these patients, however, remains controversial, as the cornerstone treatment is radiotherapy (RT). Because RT is associated with adverse events that may impair the quality of life, the possibility of substituting it with a single systemic approach is attractive.
