Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor with heterologous element: a case report and a review of the literature.

The patient was a 19-year-old female who presented with a chief complaint of progressive pelvic pain. Preoperative ultrasound of the right ovary revealed an ovarian torsion as the cause of the patient's progressive pain. Laparoscopy confirmed the torsion and revealed a right ovary measuring 10 cm in greatest diameter.
