This case report shows a valve in valve procedure in pulmonary position of a 19-year-old male with a repaired Tetralogy of Fallot. After initial correction, a Mitroflow 23 mm bioprosthetic valve was implanted in pulmonary position. Nine years later severe degeneration of the valve occurred.

We drew upon the strengths of two complementary approaches, human-centered design and behavioral economics, to craft a holistic, highly-tailored, and empathetic intervention to motivate AGYW to seek contraception and HIV self-test kits at community drug shops. To encourage engagement, we embedded "nudge" strategies at different opportunity points (uncovered during our design research) along the care-seeking and service delivery journey.

Anthropogenic activities in urban, agrarian, or industrial areas are the main cause of heavy metals in sediments worldwide. Since the 1960s, there have been submarine discharges through outfalls of poorly treated or untreated wastewater on the south coast of Mallorca island (Mediterranean Sea). In this study, the pollution of marine sediments is analyzed at a great number of points on the south of the seacoast.

While electric micro-mobility alternatives are supposed to reduce environmental impacts, certain studies suggest that this can depend on the transport mode they substitute. In parallel, despite growing efforts, urban areas in developing and emerging economies struggle to implement sustainable mobility programs at a city-wide level.
