They showed three typical features: pneumo-encephalography demonstrated a fifth anterior ventricular dilatation; in both patients dermatoglyphic findings showed a thenar exit of the Aline and a vertical palmar alignement; Growth hormone and sulfatation factor blood concentration were low but within normal limits.
