Introduction: There has been a rapid adoption of telerehabilitation services, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, with minimal guidance or evaluation of benefit. This survey explores experiences of video consultations in a specialist outpatient neurorehabilitation service.
Methods: Digital surveys were designed to evaluate experience of Attend Anywhere.
Background: Children with reduced motor competence (MC) have reported differences in their walking performance when compared to their typically developed peers, albeit, with inconsistent results.
Research Questions: What is the effect of reduced balance on walking performance in adolescent boys and girls under cognitive-motor interference conditions?
Methods: This cross-sectional study assessed motor competence, in adolescents aged 13-14 years, using the Movement Assessment Battery for Children 2nd edition and walking performance from gait parameters derived from an inertial measurement unit placed over the estimated centre of mass. Each participant performed two 10 m straight-line walks at their self-selected speed.
The Transport and Transformation of Ammonia (TRANSAm) airborne field campaign occurred over northeastern Colorado during the summers of 2021 and 2022. A subset of the TRANSAm flights investigated easterly wind conditions capable of moving agricultural emissions of ammonia (NH) through urban areas and into the Rocky Mountains. TRANSAm captured 6 of these events, unveiling important commonalities.

Objective: A sub analysis of NCT01439022, aiming to estimate the extent to which two different exercise training protocols (global and handwriting upper limb exercise training) impact reaction time, travel speed, and accuracy in PwPD.
Methods: Seventy PwPD, right-side dominant were randomised 1:1 into two six-month training protocol groups; 35 PwPD performed global exercise training and 35 performed specific training (handwriting upper limb exercise movements).
Background: Physical activity (PA) is important for overall health and well-being, but adults with intellectual disabilities often struggle to achieve adequate levels of PA. Therefore, it is necessary to understand their PA behaviour.
Objective: To develop a Single-Item Physical Activity Intention Measure (SPAIM) to assess PA intentions of adults with intellectual disabilities and preliminarily analyse its psychometric properties in terms of validity and reliability.
Purpose: This research aims to identify information that is important to provide on supply of custom-contoured seating. The way this information would be best communicated is also of interest. A two-round e-Delphi study was utilised to explore consensus.

Large-scale and long-term analyses of secondary inorganic aerosol formation based on model simulations have substantial uncertainties. Here we improve constraints on secondary inorganic aerosol formation using decade-long in situ observations of aerosol composition and gaseous precursors from multiple monitoring networks across the United States.

Several previous studies have demonstrated a protective role for MSC/ASC on mitigating acute kidney injury but whether ASC derived factors could hasten recovery from established injury has not been evaluated.
Methods: We generated a concentrated secretome (CS) of human ASC under well-defined conditions and evaluated its ability to improve the recovery of renal function in a preclinical model of acute kidney injury (AKI) in rats.
Purpose: This review synthesised the evidence for the effect of prehabilitation interventions on biopsychosocial and service outcomes.

Renal reserve capacity may be compromised following recovery from acute kidney injury (AKI) and could be used to identify impaired renal function in the face of restored glomerular filtration rate (GFR) or plasma creatinine. To investigate the loss of hemodynamic renal reserve responses following recovery in a model of AKI, rats were subjected to left unilateral renal ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury and contralateral nephrectomy and allowed to recover for 5 wk. Some rats were treated 24 h post-I/R by hydrodynamic isotonic fluid delivery (AKI-HIFD) of saline through the renal vein, previously shown to improve recovery and inflammation relative to control rats that received saline through the vena cava (AKI-VC).

Height, BMI, the MABC2, a 20m shuttle run test and wrist-worn accelerometery PA levels (mins) were measured. Multivariable linear regression models, adjusting for sex, height and BMI were used to assess the relationship of the three subsections of the MABC2 with PA, CRF and BMI.

Design: Two separate focus groups were conducted in Darmstadt, Germany: one group consisting of six pwNC and another group consisting of four health care professionals and three volunteering service providers. The focus groups were audio-recorded, transcribed and data were managed using NVivo12.
Carbon capture represents a key pathway to meeting climate change mitigation goals. Powerful next-generation solvent-based capture processes are under development by many researchers, but optimization and testing would be significantly aided by integrating in situ monitoring capability. Further, real-time water analysis in water-lean solvents offers the potential to maintain their water balance in operation.
