Purpose Of Review: To review the history and impact and burden of post-traumatic headache (PTH).
Recent Findings: PTH is a prevalent headache disorder that many healthcare providers encounter. Unlike more extensively researched primary headache disorders like migraines, PTH has not been as thoroughly studied, and there are fewer treatments specifically tested for it.
Objective: The goal is to provide an overview of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) methodology and appraisal tailored to clinicians and researchers in the headache field to facilitate interdisciplinary communications and research.
Background: The application of AI to the study of headache and other healthcare challenges is growing rapidly. It is critical that these findings be accurately interpreted by headache specialists, but this can be difficult for non-AI specialists.
Screeners are used in early intervention and early childhood education and care programs to identify children's potential need for further evaluation and diagnostics. The Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) is a brief behavioral screening instrument that can be completed by both parents and educators to assess the social and emotional traits of children. However, multiple informants' reports vary.

Once the diagnosis is confirmed, existing manifestations should be identified in particular, renal involvement by an assessment of proteinuria, disease activity and severity should be determined, potential complications anticipated, associated diseases searched for, and the patient's socioprofessional and family context noted. Therapeutic management of SLE includes patient education on recognizing symptoms, understanding disease progression as well as when they should seek medical advice.

This study aimed to provide a comprehensive view of the global research activity on OSCE over the past decades and to identify clues for its improvement. We performed a bibliometric and scientometric analysis of OSCE papers published until March 2024.

We summarized these studies and evaluated changing patterns of disease prevalence and disability.
Methods: We conducted a systematic review of US studies addressing the prevalence, disability, and/or burden of migraine, including both episodic migraine (EM) and chronic migraine (CM).
Objective: Remote OSCEs (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) are an alternative evaluation method during pandemic periods but they have never been evaluated in orthopedic surgery. We aimed to evaluate whether remote OSCEs would be feasible, and efficient for assessment of undergraduate medical students.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was performed.
Caregivers play a critical role in mediating the impacts of forced displacement on children; however, humanitarian programming remains hampered by a lack of evidence-based programming. We present findings from an evaluation of a group-based curriculum delivered over the course of 12 sessions, journey of life (JoL). A waitlist-control quasi-experimental design was implemented in the Kiryandongo refugee settlement (intervention n = 631, control n = 676).

Here we report profound effects of cholesterol depletion and restoration on the human voltage-gated proton channel, hH1, in excised patches but negligible effects in the whole-cell configuration. Despite the presence of a putative cholesterol-binding site, a CARC motif in hH1, mutation of this motif did not affect cholesterol effects.

Chronic activation of BTK-mediated BCR signaling is a hallmark of many hematological malignancies, which makes it an attractive therapeutic target. Pharmacological inhibition of BTK enzymatic function is now a well-proven strategy for the treatment of patients with these malignancies.

Purpose Of Review: To review the evidence and role of monosodium glutamate (MSG) as a headache and migraine trigger.
Recent Findings: MSG is a common food additive, has widely been linked as a trigger of headache, as well as other symptoms. However, the evidence for MSG as a causative agent for headache is debated.
The first Dental Public Health Day, in 2001, was not only the starting point for the creation of the Association des Acteurs de la Santé Publique Bucco-Dentaire (ASPBD), but also for the recognition of this specialty in France, even though it had already been recognized by the American Dental Association as early as 1950. Every year, the ASPBD organizes a national oral health day. The ASPBD brings together the vast majority of French odontologists and academic researchers in the field, as well as other French-speaking academics.

Purpose: To report eplerenone use by retina specialists worldwide for central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR).
Methods: A self-reporting questionnaire was distributed to retina specialists worldwide to gather clinicians' perspectives on CSCR cases treated, eplerenone dosage and duration, reasons to use it, and side effects.
Results: The survey included 241 retina specialists (122 Indian and 119 international) with an average experience of 15.
Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is a chronic autoimmune disease involving vascular thrombosis and/or obstetric morbidity and persistent antibodies to phospholipids or certain phospholipid-associated proteins. It is a rare condition in adults and even rarer in children. The diagnosis of APS can be facilitated by the use of classification criteria based on a combination of clinical and biological features.

Guided personal narrative programs have been shown to help patients with chronic conditions and life-framing events. Few such narrative programs have been reported for cancer patients or analyzed for their impact on patient experience.

In this study, a polymer system is used to simulate the consequences of varying cholesterol content in membranes. The system consists of an AB-diblock copolymer, a hydrophilic homopolymer hA, and a hydrophobic rigid homopolymer C, corresponding to phospholipid, water, and cholesterol, respectively.

Method: A three member scoping review was performed to identify critical features and benefits of mentorship for marginalized Social Work doctoral students.
Results: A thorough review found eight articles discussing mentorship of marginalized Social Work doctoral students across different universities in the United States, with perspectives that prioritized comprehensive mentorship that addresses academic and personal goals.
