Background And Purpose: Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) carries high morbidity and mortality with survivors often requiring extended care at skilled nursing facilities (SNF). Predictors of SNF discharge to home (SNFdcH) remain unclear.

Methods: Retrospective review of a single-center prospectively maintained aSAH database from June 2016-March 2024 was conducted.

Theoretical investigation of the cooperative effect of solvent: a case study.

In this study, the authors evaluated safety as well as radiographic and functional outcomes in stroke patients treated with MT via direct carotid puncture (DCP) for prohibitive vascular access.

The aim of the present work was to study the protective effects of rosmarinic acid against ethanol-induced DNA damage in mice. The antigenotoxic capacity of rosmarinic acid (100 mg/kg) was tested using pre-, co- and post-treatment with ethanol (5 g/kg). [Introduction of a kit for the documentation of occupational accidents regarding punctures and cuts].

This paper emphasizes the creation and application of a KIT for the communication of occupational accidents with puncture-cutting objects to the Municipal Health Bureau from the city of Ribeirão Preto. It is an essential instrument for the health care services directed to all the employees of the Health Units. It also evidences the notification and the beginning of the prevention of occupational diseases, being a highly useful instrument whenever any accident occurs.

Developmental norms for eight instruments used in the neuropsychological assessment of children: studies in Brazil.

Norms for a battery of instruments, including Denckla's and Garfield's tests of Motor Persistence, Benton's Right-Left Discrimination, two recall modalities (Immediate and Delayed) of the Bender Test, Wechsler's Digit Span, the Color Span Test and the Human Figure Drawing Test, were developed for the neuropsychological assessment of children in the greater Rio de Janeiro area.
