Peripheral T-cell lymphomas with gamma-delta phenotype (GDTCL) are rare lymphoid malignancies. Beyond the well-recognized entities of extranodal lymphomas with gamma-delta phenotype as defined by the 5th edition of the WHO Classification of Hematolymphoid Tumors and 2022 International Consensus Classification, there is a group of poorly-defined gamma-delta T-cell lymphomas with predominantly nodal presentation, termed as nodal GDTCL (nGDTCL). In this study, we present a series of 12 cases of EBV-negative nGDTCL, highlighting the clinical, histopathological and molecular features of this rare entity.

Methods: Peripheral blood or bone marrow mononuclear cells obtained at initial diagnosis from 215 patients with CLL were analyzed by using next-generation sequencing to investigate the ethnic differences in genetic abnormalities.
Results: Whole-genome sequencing and whole-exome sequencing analyses on 30 cases showed that 9 genes, including IGLL5, MYD88, TCHH, DSCAM, AXDND1, BICRA, KMT2D, MYT1L, and RBM43, were more frequently mutated in our Taiwanese cohort compared with those of the Western cohorts.

Extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL) is an aggressive type of lymphoma associated with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and characterized by heterogeneous tumor behaviors. To better understand the origins of the heterogeneity, this study utilizes single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis to profile the tumor microenvironment (TME) of NKTCL at the single-cell level. Together with in vitro and in vivo models, the study identifies a subset of LMP1 malignant NK cells contributing to the tumorigenesis and development of heterogeneous malignant cells in NKTCL.

Background: The role for radiotherapy or surgery in the upfront management of brain metastases (BrM) in epidermal growth factor receptor mutant (m) or anaplastic lymphoma kinase translocation positive (+) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is uncertain because of a lack of prospective evidence supporting tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) monotherapy. Further understanding of practice heterogeneity is necessary to guide collaborative efforts in establishing guideline recommendations.
Methods: We conducted an international survey among medical (MO), clinical (CO), and radiation oncologists (RO), as well as neurosurgeons (NS), of treatment recommendations for asymptomatic BrM (in non-eloquent regions) EGFRm or ALK+ NSCLC patients according to specific clinical scenarios.

Methods: The levels of EZH2 and H3K27me3 were evaluated in 105 OC patients by immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining, and these patients were stratified based on these levels.
