Objective: To estimate inter-center variation (ICV) in hospital length of stay (LOS) and oral feeding at discharge among infants with gastroschisis.

Study Design: The Children's Hospitals Neonatal Consortium's (CHNC) database was used to identify hospitalized survivors with gastroschisis. Two outcomes were evaluated: LOS and discharge without tube feedings.

Hepatitis B and C Virus Co-Infection and Their Association With Liver Disease in Persons With HIV in Nigeria.

People living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection who have hepatitis B or C infection have a higher chance of developing advanced liver disease than those who do not have either of the hepatitis infections. This finding highlights the importance of awareness, screening, and treatment of the hepatitis viruses in HIV programs in order to reduce the risk of liver disease in this population.

Clarifying the prevalence of OCD: A response to reader comments.

This response to a reader's comment on our paper "The Global Assessment of OCD" addresses the critique regarding the stated prevalence of OCD as the fourth most common mental disorder. Methods: This qualitative study was conducted in 1 southeastern level IV NICU. Semistructured interviews assessed caregiver and provider perspectives on NICU care.

Purpose: Healthy cancer survivorship involves patients' active engagement with preventative health behaviors and follow-up care. While clinicians and patients have typically held dual responsibility for activating these behaviors, transitioning some clinician effort to technology and health coaches may enhance guideline implementation. This paper reports on the acceptability of the Shared Healthcare Actions & Reflections Electronic systems in survivorship (SHARE-S) program, an entirely virtual multicomponent intervention incorporating e-referrals, remotely-delivered health coaching, and automated text messages to enhance patient self-management and promote healthy survivorship.

Development of an exercise therapy referral clinical support tool for patients with osteoporosis at risk for falls.

Background: The purpose of this study was to develop a clinical support tool for osteoporosis clinic providers to support risk assessment and referrals for evidence-based exercise therapy programs.

Methods: A sequential Delphi method was used with a multidisciplinary group of national falls experts, to provide consensus on referral to exercise therapy for patients at risk for falls. The Delphi study included a primary research team, expert panel, and clinical partners to answer the questions: (1) "What patient characteristics are needed to develop a clinical support tool?"; (2) "What are the recommended exercise referrals for patients with osteoporosis at risk for falls?" The consensus process consisted of two rounds with 8 weeks between meetings.

Percutaneous Intratumoral Immunoadjuvant Gel Increases the Abscopal Effect of Cryoablation for Checkpoint Inhibitor Resistant Cancer.

Percutaneous cryoablation is a common clinical therapy for metastatic and primary cancer. There are rare clinical reports of cryoablation inducing regression of distant metastases, known as the "abscopal" effect. Intratumoral immunoadjuvants may be able to augment the abscopal rate of cryoablation, but existing intratumoral therapies suffer from the need for frequent injections and inability to confirm target delivery, leading to poor clinical trial outcomes.

The effect of bethanechol on tracheobronchomalacia in preterm infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia: a retrospective cohort study.
