Gamma-delta T cells (γδ T cells) play a crucial role in both innate and adaptive immunity within tumors, yet their presence and prognostic value in cancer remain underexplored. This study presents a large-scale analysis of γδ T cell receptor (γδ TCR) reads from 11,000 tumor samples spanning 33 cancer types, utilizing the TRUST4 algorithm. Our findings reveal extensive diversity in γδ TCR clonality and gene expression, underscoring the potential of γδ T cells as prognostic biomarkers in various cancers.

Background: Developing guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of common cancers in China based on the evidence-based practice, the availability of diagnosis and treatment products, and the up-to-date advances in precision medicine is one of the basic tasks of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology Breast Cancer (CSCO BC) Committee.

Methods: Protocols with high evidence level and good availability are used as the Level I recommendations; protocols with relatively high evidence level but slightly lower expert consensus or with poor availability are used as the Level II recommendations; and protocols that are clinically applicable but with low evidence level are regarded as the Level III recommendations. Based on the findings of clinical research at home and abroad and the opinions of CSCO BC experts, the CSCO BC guidelines determine the levels of recommendations for clinical application.

Obesity is a major risk factor for atrial fibrillation (AF) the most common serious cardiac arrhythmia, but the molecular mechanisms underlying diet-induced AF remain unclear. In this study, we subjected mice to a chronic high-fat diet and acute sympathetic activation ('two-hit' model) to study the mechanisms by which diet-induced obesity promotes AF. Surface electrocardiography revealed that diet-induced obesity and sympathetic activation synergize during intracardiac tachypacing to induce AF.

Herein, we report a reaction protocol for the construction of benzo[]carbazole and dibenzo[,]carbazole frameworks. The detailed gold catalytic reaction conditions developed for the challenging intermolecular carbon nucleophilic addition to internal alkynes are realized, giving the desired alkyne hydroarylation products in good yields. The resulting trisubstituted alkenes are able to undergo photomediated cyclization, furnishing the desired carbazole molecules with excellent yields and high efficiency.

Rearrangements that place the oncogenes MYC, BCL2, or BCL6 adjacent to superenhancers are common in mature B-cell lymphomas. Lymphomas with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or high-grade morphology with both MYC and BCL2 rearrangements are classified as high-grade B-cell lymphoma with MYC and BCL2 rearrangements ("double hit"; HGBCL-DH-BCL2) and are associated with aggressive disease and poor outcomes.
