Thioredoxin1 (TRX1) and telomerase are both attractive oncology targets that are tightly implicated in tumor initiation and development. Here, we reported that the 6-dithio-2-deoxyguanosine analog thiotert exhibits an effective cytotoxic effect on myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) cell SKM-1 and lymphoma cell U-937. Further studies confirmed that thiotert effectively disrupts cellular redox homeostasis, as evidenced by elevated intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels, increased MnSOD, accelerated DNA impairment, and activated apoptosis signal.

Results showed that, compared with LM M7, LM 10403S exhibited a high survival rate during in vitro digestion, which may be due to the increased expression of stress response-related genes. In addition, the expression of virulence genes in LM 10403S was significantly higher than in LM M7 under the gastrointestinal environment.

Efficient propulsion has been a central focus of research in the field of biomimetic underwater vehicles. Compared to the prevalent fish-like reciprocating flapping propulsion mode, the sperm-like helical propulsion mode features higher efficiency and superior performance in high-viscosity environments. Based on the previously developed sperm-inspired robot, this paper focuses on its dynamic modeling and depth control research.

To address this challenge, we extracted membrane vesicles from (LMVs) and identified their angiogenic potential via transcriptomic analysis. We further developed a composite hydrogel system (Gel-LMVs) by anchoring LMVs within carboxylated chitosan and cross-linking it with oxidized hyaluronic acid through a Schiff base reaction.
