The development of multitopic hosts for fullerene recognition based on nonplanar corannulene (CH) structures presents challenges, primarily due to the requirement for synergistic interactions with multiple units of this polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon. Moreover, increasing the number of corannulene groups in a single chemical structure while avoiding the cost of increasing flexibility has been scarcely explored. Herein, we report the synthesis of a family of multitopic Ru(II)-polypyridyl complexes bearing up to six units of corannulene arranged by pairs, offering a total of three molecular tweezers.

A qualitative study was conducted to define a preliminary set of 62 items. Item reduction was performed using exploratory factor analysis.

Methods: We employed three waves of data collection to identify relevant articles (N = 454) about racial equity within provider-patient interactions. We iteratively developed a codebook concerning article characteristics, coding for journal names, data source, descriptive characteristics for the study samples, and presence of theory and equity in sections of the manuscripts.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of using patient-specific implants (PSI) for complex shaft corrective osteotomies in multiplanar deformities of long bones in the lower extremities. Additionally, it aimed to investigate the added value of these implants by quantifying surgical accuracy on postoperative CT, comparing their outcomes to two commonly used techniques: 3D virtual visualizations and 3D-printed surgical guides.
Methods: Six tibial and femoral shaft corrective osteotomies were planned and performed on three Thiel embalmed human specimen.

Background: This study evaluated the effects of resistance training (RT) and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on systolic (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) in hypertensive older adults undergoing pharmacological therapy over four and eight weeks. We compared the efficacy of RT and HIIT in reducing non-responders (NRs) between weeks 4 and 8 and analyzed time-course adaptations in NRs and responders (Rs).
Methods: Thirty-nine participants were randomized into RT-G ( = 13), HIIT-G ( = 13), or control (CG, = 13) groups.
