[Breast reconstruction by musculocutaneous latissimus dorsi flap with single scar and transverse paddle].

Aims Of The Study: One of the most frequently used flap in breast reconstruction after mastectomy is the latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap. We present a novel method of sampling by extending the mastectomy scar back until the skin paddle. On the one hand, this technique facilitates the transfer of the flap in thoracic region, on the other hand, it allows for larger skin paddle and maximize new breast contour reintegrating the ear skin during the modeling.

[Treatment of facial lipoatrophy by lipofilling in HIV infected patients: retrospective study on 317 patients on 9 years].

Introduction: HIV infection and antiretroviral therapy are responsible in 20 to 40% of cases of facial lipoatrophy. This one has an impact in an important way on the quality of life with a major social impact. Several treatments are available to correct facial lipoatrophy.

Aneurysm of persistent sciatic artery: report of a case treated by endovascular occlusion and femoropopliteal bypass.

Aneurysmal degeneration is the most serious complication of persistent sciatic artery. In the literature there have been only 16 surgically treated cases. We report one additional case to present an original and safe method of treatment: balloon endovascular occlusion and femoropopliteal bypass.
