Background: Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a life-threatening condition that may affect outcomes in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The role of antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL) on the risk of PH is controversial. Therefore our objective was to estimate the risk of PH (WHO groups 1-5) including associated pulmonary arterial hypertension (APAH, WHO group 1 only) related to aPL in patients with SLE.

Disease-management programmes, which contain a therapeutic patient education component, will play a central role in improving delivery of care and reducing mortality and hospitalizations for CHF.
Aims: In order to have an up-to-date overview of medical treatment of CHF in France implemented by hospital and clinic cardiologists especially interested in CHF and therapeutic patient education, we described the prescription of cardiovascular drugs in the large ODIN cohort of CHF patients, according to age and type of CHF.
Background: Meta-analyses of disease management programs have shown favorable effects in chronic heart failure. Therapeutic patient education forms an integral part of these programs and may influence mortality per se. We aimed to determine the relationship between therapeutic patient education applied in routine clinical practice and long-term mortality in chronic heart failure.

Methods: Holter monitoring, exercise test, echocardiography, right angiography, coronary angiography, and electrophysiologic study were performed in 810 patients with VT.
Results: Eighty patients (mean age, 45 ± 17 years) had no apparent HD.
