Purpose: The aim of PRISTINE was to evaluate the 6 and 12 months safety and efficacy of the Selution Sustained Limus Release (SLR)™ sirolimus-coated balloon for treatment of complex lower limb occlusive lesions (TASC II C & D) in patients with chronic limb threatening ischemia (CLTI) from Singapore.

Methods: PRISTINE was a prospective, non-randomized, single arm, observational, multi-investigator, single-center clinical study. Complication-free survival at 30 days was the safety clinical endpoint.

Distribution of Peripheral Arterial Disease in Patients Undergoing Endovascular Revascularization for Chronic Limb Threatening Ischaemia: Insights from the Vascular Quality Initiative in Singapore.

This study aimed to examine the distribution of lower limb atherosclerotic lesions in a multi-ethnic Asian cohort with chronic limb threatening ischemia (CLTI) from Singapore. The Society for Vascular Surgery Vascular Quality Initiative registry database was used to identify 265 CLTI patients who underwent percutaneous angioplasty between June 2019 and December 2019, of whom 171 (64.5%) were male, and the mean age was 67.

Retrograde embolisation of varicocele in the paediatric age group: a review of 10 years' practice.

Objective: To review the 10 years' practice of retrograde embolisation of varicoceles in the paediatric age group.

Patients And Methods: 40 boys (age range, 6-16 years), with varicocele diagnosed both clinically and sonographically, were referred to the radiology department for embolisation. Data of these patients were collected and analysed retrospectively.
