[Gastric teratoma disclosed by neonatal digestive hemorrhage].

A gastric teratoma diagnosed after a gastro-intestinal tract bleeding in a neonate is reported. The endogastric tumor was shown by gastric endoscopy. The tumor was pediculated and a simple tumorectomy was performed, without trouble later.
