Brain cytotoxic edema is a neuroradiological sign secondary to variegate diseases ranging from migraine to fulminant Listeria rhombencephalitis. The tempestive identification of its underlying cause is vital for an effective treatment as any delay may be fatal. However, the lack of distinctive imaging biomarkers and the paucity of reports pose a significant challenge in its diagnosis and frequently lead to a misdiagnosis particularly with the more common acute ischemic stroke.

Aim: To evaluate the HRQoL of tunisian patients with sarcoidosis and to identify the factors that influence it.
Methods: We conducted an analytical, cross-sectional study collecting 31 patients with sarcoidosis according to the ATS/ERS/WASOG criteria.
Background: Pulmonary valve (PV) infective endocarditis is a rare pathology. Association between acute endocarditis and Covid pneumonia is equally poorly investigated.
Case Presentation: We present the case of a 50-year-old male active drug-abuser admitted for native PV endocarditis with huge and mobile vegetations and a concomitant interstitial SARS-Cov2 pneumonia.
Introduction: Given its profound and transversal impact, the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 marked a deep point of division in how people make sense of the world and their lives. The consequences of this event were remarkable, especially for populations already facing vulnerability, exclusion, and discrimination. In Italy, over 3 million people (5.

We examined the status of current imaging modalities for IFD and possibilities for more effective applications of current technology for improving the specificity of IFD diagnosis.
Recent Findings: Although CT imaging recommendations for IFD are largely unchanged in the last 20 years, improvements in CT scanner technology and image processing algorithms now allow for technically adequate examinations at much lower radiation doses.
