Foramen of Morgagni hernias require surgical treatment; laparoscopic repair is another option with lower morbidity. We describe a 35-year-old man with Morgagni hernia treated successfully by laparoscopy.

The symptoms may be similar to any of these 3 distinct pathological conditions. Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography or endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography is usually required for diagnosis.
