Purpose: This study focused on the genetic screening of Myocilin (MYOC), Cytochrome P450 family 1 subfamily B member 1 (CYP1B1), Optineurin (OPTN), and SIX homeobox 6 (SIX6) genes in a family with coexistence of primary congenital glaucoma (PCG) and juvenile open-angle glaucoma (JOAG).
Methods: Sanger sequencing was used to examine the coding region of all four genes. Six different online available algorithms were used for the pathogenicity prediction of missense variant.
Purpose: To evaluate the per operative intra-ocular lens (IOL) power calculation using intra-operative aberrometry (ORA) and its comparison with conventional methods.
Methods: Patients with cataract planned for phacoemulsification by a single surgeon under topical anesthesia were enrolled in this prospective observational study in this prospective observational study. All patients underwent pre-operative biometry (Manual SRK-II and IOLMaster 500) to determine the intra-ocular lens (IOL) power.

Objectives: To determine the incidence of early cognitive impairment following intracerebral haemorrhage.
Methods: A total of 30 adult patients (>18 years) with intracerebral hemorrhage were enrolled in the study. Demographic profile, clinical and radiological profile of the patients was noted.
Preterm babies with retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) can become blind if they do not receive appropriate timely intervention. The presence of cataract in these individuals in addition to visual deprivation amblyopia, also delays proper screening, adequate treatment, and makes follow-up assessment difficult. Anatomical differences in these infants and amblyopia management, especially in unilateral cataract, are other important concerns, and hence, management of these cases with cataract and ROP is challenging.
