Fraud detection within transaction data is crucial for maintaining financial security, especially in the era of big data. This paper introduces a novel fraud detection method that utilizes quantum computing to implement community detection in transaction networks. We model transaction data as an undirected graph, where nodes represent accounts and edges indicate transactions between them.

Full-Endoscopic J-Shaped Transforaminal L5 Nerve Decompression in Bertolotti Syndrome.

This case report and video demonstrate the technique of full-endoscopic J-shaped transforaminal L5 exiting nerve decompression in Bertolotti syndrome. Bertolotti syndrome, characterized by a congenital lumbosacral transitional vertebra, often results in mechanical lower back pain and nerve root compression. A 69-year-old male presented with progressive radiating pain in the right leg and tingling in the L5 dermatome.

[Pulmonary Kaposi sarcoma after lung transplantation: a case report and literature review].

To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis, and treatment of pulmonary Kaposi sarcoma (KS) after lung transplantation. A case of pulmonary KS after bilateral lung transplantation was retrospectively analyzed. Two key words "Kaposi sarcoma" and "lung transplant*" were used to search for relevant literature in SinoMed, Wanfang Data, CNKI, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library and Web of Science, with a cut-off date of July 31, 2024.

Background: Real-world data on the clinical benefit of vericiguat are currently limited. This multicenter, real-world study was conducted to evaluate the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effects of vericiguat in real-world settings.

Methods: This study analyzed heart failure (HF) patients who initiated vericiguat treatment from September 2022 to August 2023 across nine hospitals in the Anhui Province, China.

Background: The emerging incidence of pathogenic liver conditions is turning into a major concern for global health. Induction of pyroptosis in hepatocytes instigates cellular disintegration, which in turn liberates substantial quantities of pro-inflammatory intracellular substances, thereby accelerating the advancement of liver fibrosis. Consequently, directing therapeutic efforts towards inhibiting pyroptosis could potentially serve as an innovative approach in managing inflammation related chronic hepatic disorders.
