Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) are a class of synthetic recognition materials that offer a cost-effective and robust alternative to antibodies. While MIPs have found predominant use in biosensing and diagnostic applications, their potential for alternative uses, such as enzyme inhibition, remains unexplored.
