Delayed replantation of an avulsed maxillary premolar with open apex: a 24 months follow-up case report.

Avulsion of permanent teeth is most serious of all dental injuries and accounts for 1-16% of all traumatic injuries, of which maxillary incisors are most commonly involved. However, in this report a rare case of isolated avulsed immature premolar has been described. The patient had reported more than 3 hours after the trauma with a tooth stored in dry condition and soil contamination.

Endodontic treatment of necrosed primary teeth using two different combinations of antibacterial drugs: an in vivo study.

Aim: This study was conducted to evaluate clinical and radiographic success of endodontic treatment of infected primary teeth using two combinations of antibacterial drugs consisting of ciprofloxacin, metronidazole, and minocycline in one group and ciprofloxacin, ornidazole, and minocycline in the other group.

Materials And Methods: The selected 40 teeth were randomly divided into two groups, viz. groups A and B with 20 teeth in each group.
