Cotton Verticillium wilt (VW) is often a destructive disease that results in significant fibre yield and quality losses in Gossypium hirsutum. Transferring the resistance trait of Gossypium barbadense to G. hirsutum is optional but challenging in traditional breeding due to limited molecular dissections of resistance genes.

The aim is to provide a novel approach for the screening and early diagnosis of MAFLD in the general population.
Methods: A total of 2614 subjects were recruited and classified into four categories of metabolic obese phenotypes based on their body mass index (BMI) and metabolic status.
Objectives: We conducted a meta-analysis to investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on postoperative delirium in elderly orthopedic surgery patients.
Methods: A meta-analysis was conducted to identify randomized controlled trials of dexmedetomidine in elderly patients undergoing orthopedic surgery. The data was published on October 25, 2024.
Salmonella is a common foodborne zoonotic pathogen that poses a great threat to human health and breeding industry. The rapid detection of Salmonella is necessary for early prevention and control. In this study, a subtractive inhibition assay (SIA) based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR) for the rapid detection of Salmonella was developed.
