A cost minimized immunoaffinity protocol was developed, which allows the direct purification of ERAs (urinary and recombinant human EPO, Darbepoetin, EPO-Fc, CERA) from human urine. The method applies magnetic beads and needs no covalent immobilization of the capture antibody. It requires only 10 mL of urine, 1 μg of anti-EPO antibody, and 25 μL of bead slurry.

Chronic meth use results in drug-induced cortical plasticity in the perirhinal cortex (PRC) that mediates responses to novelty. PRH projection targets are numerous and include the nucleus accumbens core (NAc).

The aim of this study was to test a work-related concept for IBD patients with work-related problems and its acceptance by patients and rehabilitation staff. Improvements in work-related and psychosocial parameters of rehabilitants should be determined.

Method: Post hoc analysis of data from patients (aged 1 month to <17 years) with ≥6 months of BRV treatment in a long-term, open-label trial (N01266 [NCT01364597]). Outcomes included body weight and body mass index (BMI) over time (z-score growth curves), and treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs).
Return to use, or relapse, is a major challenge in the treatment of opioid use disorder (OUD). Relapse can be precipitated by several factors, including exposure to drug-conditioned cues. Identifying successful treatments to mitigate cue-induced relapse has been challenging, perhaps due to extinction memory recall (EMR) deficits.
