The combustion procedure was used to synthesize La Al O :Sm phosphors. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns and morphological and photoluminescence properties were investigated. The XRD patterns consisted of a hexagonal crystal structure.

Wet chemical synthesis of BiPO :Eu phosphor for w-LED application.

The synthesis of BiPO :Eu phosphors has been achieved via a wet chemical process. X-ray diffraction patterns show that the phase of the as-prepared samples matches very well with the standard BiPO structure. At 395 nm, the highest excitation intensity was observed.
