Background: In recent years, advancements in digital dentistry have provided new opportunities for more predictable and efficient treatment options, particularly in patients with failing dentition. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of a fully digital workflow using stackable surgical templates for complete dental arch rehabilitation with implant-supported fixed restorations.
Methods: Four patients, comprising two males and two females with a mean age of 66 years, were included in this case series.
Purpose This study aimed to evaluate the impact of substrate material, esthetic material type and thickness, and cement shade on the final color reproduction of implant-supported fixed restorations. The goal was to identify optimal combinations for achieving clinically acceptable esthetic outcomes. Material and methods An in vitro study was conducted using four substrate materials, hybrid polyetherketoneketone (PEEK)-based ceramic-reinforced polymer (BioHPP), chromium-cobalt alloy (CrCo), grade 5 titanium (Ti), and white zirconium oxide ceramic (WZirCAD), and three esthetic materials, lithium disilicate ceramic (e.

We report the case of a patient who presented multiple episodes of subangulomandibular tumefaction, until salivary lithiasis was finally identified as the underlying condition and resolved through a minimally invasive approach.
Case Report: A 43-year-old male patient presented with a history of 12 episodes of recurring one-sided subangulomandibular tumefaction over the course of the past 3 years.

Purpose: To evaluate the survival of and incidence of mechanical complications with single- and multiple-unit cement-retained posterior implant-supported restorations with custom CAD/CAM Atlantis titanium abutments (Dentsply Sirona, Charlotte, NC, USA).
Materials And Methods: This retrospective clinical study analysed 196 Astra Tech OsseoSpeed TX Internal Hexagon implants (Dentsply Sirona) placed in 85 patients between January 2011 and January 2021. Customised Atlantis titanium abutments and cement-retained metal-ceramic crowns were employed.
For patients diagnosed with advanced malignant parotid tumour, radical parotidectomy with facial nerve sacrifice is part of the treatment. Multiple surgical techniques have been developed to cure facial paralysis in order to restore the function and aesthetics of the face. Despite the large number of publications over time on facial nerve reanimation, a consensus on the timing of the procedure or the donor graft selection has remained to be established.
