Background: Circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) have shown promising results as noninvasive biomarkers for predicting disease outcomes in solid organ transplantation. Because in situ graft cell expression of the tolerogenic molecule HLA-G is associated with acceptance after lung transplantation (LTx), we hypothesized that plasma EV-bound HLA-G (HLA-GEV) levels could predict chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD) development.

Ruthenium complexes containing triphenylphosphine diamide ligands were prepared, characterized, and tested for their biological activity against various cancer cell lines and the malaria parasite, Plasmodium falciparum. Objective: We described the pathologies and health care utilization of beneficiaries of the general health insurance scheme via the Allocation Adulte Handicapé (AAH - Adult Disability Allowance) compared to the general population.

Method: Mapping of pathologies and expenditures allowed the identification of 58 pathologies and chronic treatments in the SNDS, thanks to ICD-10 codes for long-term conditions or hospitalizations, specific drugs or medical procedures, among all beneficiaries of the general health insurance scheme aged 20 to 64 years with reimbursed care (>1€) in 2017. The prevalence and annual rates of care utilization among all beneficiaries of the general scheme via AAH (“AAH” group) and in the rest of the population (“non-AAH”) were standardized and described.

The twofold purpose of this study was to identify specific burnout patterns among nurses and care assistants for older people, and to determine whether these profiles differ according to socioprofessional variables. A sample of 279 healthcare professionals completed an online survey comprising the Maslach Burnout Inventory and socioprofessional items. Cluster analysis identified five profiles on a burnout-engagement continuum.
