Amphotericin B remains the drug of choice for treating systemic fungal infections, although toxicity limits its clinical use. Some studies reported the use of Intralipid deoxycholate amphotericin B as an alternative delivery system. An in-vitro study was performed to assess the compatibility of deoxycholate amphotericin B in Intralipid.
