[Focal urinary Salmonella infection].

A case of focal Salmonella sp. urinary infection in an elderly diabetic patient is described herein. The therapeutic approach in this uncommon type of infection is discussed.

[Renal carcinoma and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. A clinical report].

Presentation of one case of a 61-year old male with a non-Hodgkin lymphoma, where a renal cell adenocarcinoma was unexpectedly discovered during and extension study. Review of the pathogenic significance of such association in the light of the various explicative hypothesis of this concurrence.

[Paratesticular adenomatoid tumor: clinico-pathologic study].

Display of the clinico-pathological correlation of three cases of adenomatoid tumour (AT) of the male reproductive organs. From the anatomo-pathological point of view we observe the architectural patterns traditionally described, and discuss their controversial mesothelial origin. From the clinical point of view we highlight the benignancy of the process, often underdiagnosed, as well as its association to post-inflammatory hydrocele in one case.

Kaposi's sarcoma of the penis is an initial manifestation of AIDS and the practising urologist should be aware of this form of presentation. We report 2 young intravenous drug abusers with this tumor in the male genitourinary system. The clinical course is unfavorable; therefore prompt diagnosis and management, based on the early recognition of the lesion, must be achieved.
