Purpose: Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of the left and right lower extremities was treated in the same way, but the left and right extremities received different levels of attention. This study aimed to investigate the differences between the right and left lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (LEDVT).
Methods: Clinical characteristics of LEDVT patients from July 2020 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed to compare the incidence of LEDVT on different limbs, demographics, predisposing factors, and anatomical characteristics.

Objective: To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on paroxysmal sympathetic hyperexcitation (PSH) after brain injury.
Methods: A multicenter retrospective study was conducted. Fifty-six patients with PSH who received HBO treatment from four hospitals in Henan Province from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the HBO group, and 36 patients with PSH who did not receive HBO treatment from Zhengzhou People's Hospital from May 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the control group.
A new megastigmane glycoside, conspurcoside A (), two new phenol glycosides, conspurcosides B () and C (), along with twelve known compounds (-) were isolated from the bark of Croizat. The structures of these compounds were identified through analysis of spectroscopic data, including 1D and 2D NMR, HRESIMS, and ECD methods. Compounds (-, -) were tested for inhibition of NO production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced RAW 264.

Here, by developing regression models using US county-level data (2008-2020), we demonstrate that integrated optimization of irrigation and nitrogen inputs represents the most resource-efficient strategy to offset the climate-related yield losses. Under the 1.

However, its real-world clinical efficacy is compromised by poor solubility and low stability, which impedes wider clinical application. Our study aimed to address these limitations of DDP through host-guest supramolecular chemistry approaches.
