Background: The heavy/light chain (HLC) immunoassay quantifies the different heavy chain/light chain combinations of each immunoglobulin (Ig) class. This makes the HLC assay suited to quantify monoclonal immunoglobulins (M-protein) and for monitoring of patients with monoclonal gammopathies. It is important that coaches have an understanding of concussion, although previous studies have demonstrated poor knowledge of concussion recognition and management by youth coaches. A Canadian multicenter study of three fixed doses of controlled-release ipsapirone in outpatients with moderate to severe major depression.
