Multiplexed expansion revealing for imaging multiprotein nanostructures in healthy and diseased brain.

Proteins work together in nanostructures in many physiological contexts and disease states. We recently developed expansion revealing (ExR), which expands proteins away from each other, in order to support better labeling with antibody tags and nanoscale imaging on conventional microscopes. Here, we report multiplexed expansion revealing (multiExR), which enables high-fidelity antibody visualization of >20 proteins in the same specimen, over serial rounds of staining and imaging.

Omics-driven utilization of wild relatives for empowering pre-breeding in pearl millet.

Pearl millet wild relatives harbour novel alleles which could be utilized to broaden genetic base of cultivated species. Genomics-informed pre-breeding is needed to speed up introgression from wild to cultivated gene pool in pearl millet. Rising episodes of intense biotic and abiotic stresses challenge pearl millet production globally.

Validation of a shortened MR imaging protocol for pediatric spinal pathology.

Objective: Conventional pediatric spine MRI protocols have multiple sequences resulting in long acquisition times. Sedation is consequently required. This study evaluates the diagnostic capability of a limited MRI spine protocol for selected common pediatric indications.

Geographic Information System Mapping of Social Risk Factors and Patient Outcomes of Pediatric Glaucoma.

Purpose: This study aimed to use Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping to present the geospatial distribution of visual outcomes and sociodemographic risk factors of a cohort of pediatric glaucoma patients.

Design: Retrospective cohort study.

Subjects: 233 eyes of 177 pediatric glaucoma patients treated at UC Davis Medical Center.
