Fused-thiophene- and fused-pyrrole-bridged [20]- and [22]smaragdyrin dimers were also synthesized in the similar manner. The installed fused heteroles mitigate the paratropic ring current of the [20]smaragdyrin but exert only minor effects on the diatropic ring current of the [22]smaragdyrin.

The discovery of molecular glues has made significant strides, unlocking new avenues for targeted protein degradation as a therapeutic strategy, thereby expanding the scope of drug discovery into territories previously considered undruggable. Pioneering molecules like thalidomide and its derivatives have paved the way for the development of small molecules that can induce specific protein degradation by hijacking the cellular ubiquitin-proteasome system. Recent advancements have focused on expanding the range of E3 ligases and target proteins that can be modulated by molecular glues.

To address this limitation, this study proposes an innovative zirconia heat treatment process (ZHTP) and aims to evaluate the effects of ZHTP on the surface characteristics of UT-Zr, offering a novel and practical approach for surface pretreatment in dental practice.
Material And Methods: The plate-shaped UT-Zr samples were fabricated.
