This study aimed to investigate the relationship between Plasmodium falciparum genetic diversity and chloroquine and sulfadoxine-pyrimethamine resistance markers in malaria endemic areas of Burkina Faso.
Methods: in a cross-sectional study, populations residing in Nouna health district were randomly recruited.
