[2 cases of Langerhans-cell histiocytosis located in the mastoid].

The authors report two cases of eosinophilic granuloma (histiocytosis X) located on the mastoid, position more or less rare and similar to other kinds of pathology. The authors discuss the problems of the nosologic position of "histiocytosis X", the problems of etiopathology, the variety of symptoms and the complications. The many possibilities of therapy (surgical, radiant and chemotherapeutic) will be examined.
