Introduction: Diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) and paediatric high-grade glioma (pHGG) are aggressive glial tumours, for which conventional treatment modalities fall short. Dendritic cell (DC)-based immunotherapy is being investigated as a promising and safe adjuvant therapy. The Wilms' tumour protein (WT1) is a potent target for this type of antigen-specific immunotherapy and is overexpressed in DIPG and pHGG.

Objective: To determine the outcome benefit of HVC approach compared with standard of care (SOC) for patients with moderate and asymptomatic severe aortic stenosis (mAS and asAS).
Methods: Single-centre, observational registry of patients with mAS and asAS with at least one cardiac ambulatory consultation at our Cardiovascular Centre.
Background: Endoscopy is the gold standard for the treatment of postoperative gastric leaks (GL). Large fistulas are associated with high rate of treatment failure. The objective of this study was to assess the clinical efficacy of a combining technique using a covered stent (CS) crossing through pigtails (PDs) for large postsurgical GL leaks.
