In response, we established the NeuralCup consortium to address these challenges by benchmarking predictive models of stroke outcome through a collaborative, data-driven approach. This study presents the findings of 15 participating teams worldwide who used a comprehensive dataset including clinical and imaging data, to identify and compare predictors of motor, cognitive, and emotional outcomes one-year post-stroke.

The polymers used in the study are Ethocel Standard 10 Premium, Kollidon SR and Affinisol HPMC HME 4M. Glibenclamide solid dispersions are characterized using thermal analyses (thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry), X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.
